Basic Checkoff and VSpeeds

Taxi

Ensure cabin and bomb bay doors are closed
Release parking brake
Unlock tail wheel
Keep RPM's below 1500 during ground ops
Avoid heavy use of brakes
Use prop pitch to control speeds
Cowl flaps and oil shutter open
Flaps retracted

Takeoff

Tail wheel locked
No Flaps required unless on very short field with obstacles, then max 20 flaps
Move throttles slowly forward until 45kias, avoid brakes, use differential power
Takeoff power is 2700 RPMs and 52" MAP
After 45kias and rudders effective, lift tail

Rotate and lift off at 90kias
At 110kias, retract flaps and gear
Maintain takeoff power until airspeed reaches 120kias (but never longer than 5 minutes)
Then, reduce to rated power of 2400 rpms and 42" MAP to continue climb (see chart Figure 46 for guidelines)
Turn off fuel boost pumps
Close cowl and oil shutter flaps to maintain below maximum allowable operating range temperatures

Use transport landing (2-wheeled) or a slower 3-point landing
Note: On crosswind landing, use 50% flaps and tranport landing

Engine failure on takeoff

On ground, abort 
In the air, less than 105, drop tanks/bombs, and land
Above 105, drop tanks/bombs, retract flaps and gear, set trim for 105-110kias flight.  Do not use flaps and gear until a sufficient approach speed is acquired to accommodate them for last minute use.  Level flight cannot be maintained with flaps on one engine.
